Air Marshal to visit Bidar Air Force Station





Air Marshal Ramesh Rai, Air Officer Commanding-In-Chief, Training Command, IAF, to visit Bidar on June 11 .


Air Marshal Ramesh Rai, Air Officer Commanding-In-Chief, Training Command, Bengaluru will visit the Air Force Station Bidar on Thursday (June 11).

A 1976 batch fighter pilot, he is a Category–A trainer with 4,500 hours of flying experience. He has been the defense attaché in the Indian Embassy in Israel and Senior Air Staff Officer in the Central Air Force command. As Air officer commanding of AFS, Bidar, Mr. Rai oversaw the induction of Hawk trainer aircrafts into the IAF.

His wife and President of Air force Wives Welfare Association (Regional) Jyoti Rai, will accompany him, said a release.
